一种脑瘫儿童康复训练装置的研制及临床应用研究

摘要 目的研究一种实用型脑瘫儿童康复训练装置的临床应用价值。方法选自2013年5月至2016年6月在我院接受康复治疗的216例脑瘫患儿的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组各108例,两组患儿均给予常规对症及单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗,观察组在此基础上增加自主研发的一种脑瘫儿童康复训练装置,对比评价两组患儿的治疗效果及该脑瘫儿童康复训练装置的临床应用价值。结果两组患儿康复训练后GMFM功能区得分高于训练前,且随着训练时间延长,差异越显著,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),训练后观察组患儿GMFM功能区得分明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿康复训练后WeeFIM评分高于训练前,且随着训练时间延长,差异越显著,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),训练后观察组患儿Wee FIM评分明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫儿童在常规综合治疗基础上增加自主研发的新型脑瘫儿童康复训练装置,有利于儿童脑瘫患者手、腿、脚等部位的整体性康复训练,同时也提高了患儿平衡协调能力,具有占用空间小、移动方便等优点,能明显提高临床治疗效果,改善患儿预后,促进患儿早日康复,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical application value of a practical cerebral palsy rehabilitation training device.Methods The clinical data of 216 children with cerebral palsy who underwent rehabilitation in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group with 108 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment and monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside combined with brain protein hydrolysate.On this basis,the observation group added a self-developed rehabilitation training device for children with cerebral palsy,and compared and evaluated the therapeutic effect of the two groups of children with cerebral palsy and the clinical value of the rehabilitation training device for children with cerebral palsy. Results The scores of GMFM functional area after rehabilitation training were higher than those before training,and the difference was more significant with the training time prolonged.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After training,the GMFM functional area score was significantly higher in the observation group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After two groups of rehabilitation training,the WeeFIM score was higher than that before training,and the difference was more significant with the training time prolonged. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The WeeFIM score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after training.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion A new rehabilitation training device for children with cerebral palsy developed independently on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment,which is beneficial to the holistic rehabilitation training of children's cerebral palsy patients'hands,legs and feet.It also improves the balance coordination ability of children.It has the advantages of small occupied space and convenient movement.It can obviously improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the prognosis of children,and promote the early recovery of children.It is worthy of further clinical application.
