目的研究一种医用超声耦合剂的制备方法及临床应用效果。方法本研究试剂属于医学检查用试剂技术领域。该超声耦合剂是由以下原料制成的:聚维酮碘、油醇聚氧乙烯醚、魔芋胶、芦荟胶、当归精油、万寿菊精油、鱼腥草精油、聚乙二醇、碘化钾、卡波姆、三乙醇胺、当归水提物、蒲公英水提物、三七水提物、甘草水提物和纯化水。结果本发明对皮肤无细胞毒性、无刺激、无致敏、无气泡、热稳定性好、生物相容性好,避免了临床上超声检查的交叉感染;润滑性能好,易于展开,具有杀菌消毒、抗炎作用,能柔润细腻皮肤,具有活血化瘀、止痛消肿功效;具有很好的耦合作用,透声效果显著,超声成像清晰。结论本研究发明的医用超声耦合剂作用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the preparation method and clinical application effect of a medical ultrasonic coupling agent.Methods The research reagents belong to the technical field of reagents for medical examination.The ultrasonic coupling agent is made of the following raw materials:povidone iodine,oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,konjac glucomannan,Aloe Vera gum,angelica essential oil,marigold essential oil,Houttuynia essential oil,polyethylene glycol,potassium iodide,carbomer,triethanolamine,Angelica aqueous extract,dandelion aqueous extract,notoginseng aqueous extract,Glycyrrhiza aqueous extract and purified water.Results The invention has no cytotoxicity,no stimulation,no sensitization,no air bubbles,good thermal stability,good biocompatibility,avoiding cross-infection of clinical ultrasound examination,good lubrication performance,easy deployment,sterilization and disinfection.It has anti-inflammatory effect,soft and delicate skin,and has the functions of promoting blood circulation,relieving pain and reducing swelling.It has good coupling effect,remarkable sound-transparent effect and clear ultrasound imaging.Conclusion The medical ultrasonic coupling agent invented in this study has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical application.
