老年胃癌的诊疗研究进展

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Cancer in the Elderly

近年来我国胃癌的发病人群逐年增多,发病率增加,特别是在老年人群中有较高的发病率。老年胃癌的发病多较隐匿、难以诊断,因此很多患者多在中晚期就诊,而由于老年患者身体机能下降,多合并有心脑血管疾病等慢性病,导致老年患者对手术治疗的耐受性较差。本文回顾性分析目前老年胃癌的诊疗研究进展,希望能对广大临床工作者有所帮助。

In recent years,the incidence of gastric cancer has increased year by year,especially in the elderly. The incidence of elderly gastric cancer is more hidden,difficult to diagnose,so many patients in the middle and late stages of treatment,and because elderly patients with physical decline,mostly combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other chronic diseases,leading to poor tolerance for surgical treatment of elderly patients. This article retrospectively analyzes the current research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of elderly gastric cancer,hoping to be helpful to the majority of clinical workers.
