阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和对糖脂代谢影响的比较

Efficacy of Aripiprazole and Olanzapine in Treatment of Schizophrenia and Thier Influence on Glucolipid Metabolism

目的观察比较阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和对糖脂代谢的影响。方法将2015年10月到2018年6月期间我院收治的88例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=44)。观察组给予阿立哌唑治疗,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)]的变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率稍高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组GLU、TC、TG水平均明显上升,研究组上升幅度更小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组HDL水平均明显下降,而LDL水平均明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性相当,但相对而言,阿立哌唑对患者糖脂代谢的影响较小,临床应用价值更高。

Objective To compare the efficacy of aripiprazole and olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia and thier influence on glucolipid metabolism.Methods 88 patients with schizophrenia admitted in the hospital from October 2015 to June 2018 were randomLy divided into observation group(n =44) and control group(n =44).Observation group was given aripiprazole,while control group was treated with olanzapine.The curative effects,glucolipid metabolism indexes [fasting blood glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)] before and after treatment,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was slightly higher than that of control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of GLU,TC,TG in the two groups increased,and the increased range of research group was smaller(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of HDL in the two groups decreased and the levels of LDL increased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia have similar clinical efficacy and safety.However,aripiprazole has less influence on glucolipid metabolism,which has higher clinical application value.
