系统化护理管理对骨折愈合和关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing Management on Fracture Healing and Joint Function Recovery

目的探讨系统化护理管理对骨折愈合和关节功能恢复的影响。方法选择2017年4月至2018年6月本院收治的110例骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(55例)和观察组(55例),对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组在基础护理的基础上给予系统化护理。比较两组的临床疗效、关节恢复情况、不良情绪、护理优良率和患者满意度。结果观察组骨折愈合总有效率98.18%显著高于对照组85.46%(χ~2=5.930,P=0.015)。观察组的关节功能恢复优良率96.36%显著高于对照组83.64%(χ~2=4.949,P=0.026)。观察组的SDS和SAS不良情绪评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理优良率94.55%和患者满意度90.91%显著高于对照组69.64%和67.27%(χ~2=11.649/9.290,P=0.000、0.002)。结论系统化护理管理可显著改善骨折患者的骨折愈合率,促进关节功能恢复,改善不良情绪,具有良好的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing management on fracture healing and jointfunction recovery. Methods 110 patients with fracture were divided into control group (55 cases) and observationgroup (55 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine basic nursing,and the observation group was given systematic nursing on the basis of basic nursing. The clinical efficacy, jointrecovery, bad mood, excellent nursing rate and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The total effective rate offracture healing in the observation group 98.18% was significantly higher than the control group (85.46%) (χ^2=5.930,P=0.015). The joint function recovery rate in the observation group 96.36% was significantly higher than the controlgroup 83.64% (χ^2=4.949, P=0.026). The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower thanthe control group (P<0.05). The excellent nursing rate 94.55% and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group90.91% were significantly higher than the control group 69.64% and 67.27% (χ^2=11.649 and 9.290, P=0.000 and 0.002).Conclusion Systematic nursing management can significantly improve the fracture healing rate of patients withfracture, promote the recovery of joint function, improve bad mood, and has a good nursing effect.
