奥扎格雷钠加血栓通治疗急性脑梗塞患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Sodium Ozagrel combined with Xueshuantong in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的对奥扎格雷钠加血栓通治疗急性脑梗塞患者的临床疗效进行研究。方法对78例急性脑梗塞患者进行组别的随机划分,一是观察组,二为对照组,对78位患者都进行奥扎格雷钠200mg/d与神经内科常规治疗,其中前者辅助血栓通500mg/d治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为89.7%,而对照组相对较低为66.7%,P<0.01,组别间存在明确区别;治疗之后,观察组与对照组患者无论是血浆Hs-CRP,还是MMP-9水平都呈现出了显著降低状态,前者降低程度更为显著。结论奥扎格雷钠加血栓通治疗急性脑梗塞具备十分有效且可靠的临床疗效,功能机制与动脉粥样硬化功能的抑制,以及大脑微循环改善可能有所关联。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ozagrel sodium combined with Xueshuantong in thetreatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 78 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided intotwo groups: the observation group and the control group. 78 patients were treated with ozagrel 200 mg / d and routineneurological treatment, the former was assisted by Xueshuantong 500 mg / d. Results The total effective rate ofobservation group was 89.7%, while that of control group was 66.7%, P<0.01, and there was a clear difference betweengroups; After treatment, both plasma Hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels of observation group and control group showed asignificant reduction, the former was more significant. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with Xueshuantong hasa very effective and reliable clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The functional mechanismmay be related to the inhibition of atherosclerotic function and the improvement of cerebral microcirculation.
