分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除围手术期的护理方法

Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的探讨分析行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术治疗的患者围术期的护理方法。方法择取在2017年6月至2018年6月到我院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术治疗的78例患者,随机划分为甲组(n=39)、乙组(n=39),在围手术期分别行常规护理、系统护理,观察住院时间、首次下床时间、手术时间以及并发症发生情况。结果在不同护理方式干预后,乙组住院时间、首次下床时间、手术时间优于甲组(P<0.05)。甲组并发症发生率为20.51%,乙组并发症发生率为2.56%。结论对于行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术治疗的患者而言,在其围手术期实施系统护理干预的效果可观,能够缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生几率,从而促进康复,临床中价值理想。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing methods for patients undergoing laparoscopicmyomectomy. Methods Seventy-eight patients who received laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy from June 2017to June 2018 were randomLy divided into group A (n=39) and group B (n=39). During the perioperative period,routine nursing, systemic nursing, and hospitalization time, first time to get out of bed, operation time, andcomplications were observed. Result After intervention with different nursing methods, group B hospitalizationtime, first time to get out of bed, and operation time were better than group A (P<0.05). The incidence ofcomplications in group A was 20.51%, and the incidence of complications in group B was 2.56%. Conclusion Forpatients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, systematic nursing intervention during the perioperative period iseffective, which can shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the incidence of complications, thus promotingrehabilitation and ideal clinical value.
