清宣止咳颗粒辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of QingXuan ZhiKe Granule in the Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的对清宣止咳颗粒辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床效果进行探讨。方法依据此次研究要求,将20例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿归为此次研究对象,门诊随诊时间为2016年1月至2017年12月,并将其设为实验组,予以清宣止咳颗粒治疗;同期纳入20例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿设为对照组,予以常规治疗。比较两组患儿在此次治疗过程中的情况,并比较两组患儿的治疗效果、症状改善时间以及不良反应。结果针对总有效率的对比,实验组相比对照组更高,对比数据之间差异明显,符合统计学意义成立标准。针对症状改善时间的对比,实验组的体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽部充血消失时间相比对照组更短,对比数据之间差异明显,符合统计学意义成立标准。两组患儿治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论对小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿实施清宣止咳颗粒辅助治疗,能够有效改善患儿病情症状,安全性高,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingxuan Zhike Granules in the treatment of childrenwith repeated respiratory tract infections. Methods According to the requirements of this study, 20 children withrepeated respiratory infections in children were classified as the study subjects. The treatment time ranged fromJanuary 2016 to December 2017, and it was set as the experimental group, and Qingxuan Zhike Granules were giventreatment; 20 children with repeated respiratory infections in the same period were included as control group andtreated routinely. The clinical status of the two groups of patients during the treatment was compared, and thetreatment effects, time to symptom improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Forthe comparison of total effective rate, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the differencebetween the comparison data was obvious, which met the statistically significant criteria. According to the comparisonof symptom improvement time, the normal temperature of the experimental group, the disappearance time of cough,the disappearance time of pharyngeal congestion were shorter than that of the control group, and the differencebetween the comparison data was obvious, which met the statistical significance. There were no significant adversereactions during the treatment of the two groups of children. Conclusion The treatment of children with repeatedrespiratory tract infections with Qingxuan Zhike Granules can effectively improve the symptoms of children with highsafety and curative effect.
