Analysis of Factors Affecting Blood Test Results and Preventive Measures

目的研讨血液检测结果准确性的影响因素与相关预防对策。方法从我院检验科2017年3月至2018年8月检测的血液样本中抽取50份误差样本进行实验观察,针对造成误差的因素进行分析,并提出防范对策。结果 50份误差样本中,因患者自身问题造成检测结果不准确有27份,占比54.0%(27/50);其次为样本采集问题、样本检测问题,各有14份和6份,占比28.0%(14/50)和12.0%(6/50);余者3份为样本送检问题,占比6.0%(3/50)。结论临床上有多种因素可对血液的检测结果产生影响,应对各环节的操作加以规范,以保障血液检测数据的准确性,指导临床合理诊疗。

Objective To study the influencing factors of blood test results accuracy and related preventive measures. Methods 50 error samples were taken from the blood samples tested by our laboratory from March 2017 to August 2018 for experimental observation. The factors causing the errors were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed. Results In the 50 error samples, 27 were inaccurate due to the patient’s own problems, accounting for 54.0%(27/50); followed by sample collection and sample testing, each with 14 and 6 copies. Compared with 28.0%(14/50) and 12.0%(6/50); the remaining 3 were samples for inspection, accounting for 6.0%(3/50). Conclusion There are many factors in the clinic that can affect the blood test results. The operation of each link should be standardized to ensure the accuracy of blood test data and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
