细节管理在医院感染管理中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Detail Management in Nosocomial Infection Management

目的探讨分析细节管理对医院感染管理的预防和控制效果,总结影响医院感染的因素。方法比较分析我院实施细节管理前后医院感染情况,总结医院感染管理中的问题并制定相应的细节管理方案。结果在实施细节管理后,我院感染率由3.11%下降到1.13%,差异具有统计学意义;实施细节管理后空气沉降合格率、物体表面涂抹合格率、医护人员手涂抹合格率都明显提高,与实施细节管理前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理能够有效地降低医院感染率。医院应该重视细节管理,从源头杜绝感染的发生,为患者提供安全的治疗环境。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of detail management on the prevention and control of hospital infection management and summarize the factors affecting hospital infection.Methods Compare and analyze the situation of hospital infection before and after the implementation of detail management in our hospital,summarize the problems in hospital infection management and formulate the corresponding detailed management plan.Results After the implementation of detail management,the infection rate in our hospital decreased from 3.11%to 1.13%,and the difference was statistically significant.The air qualified rate,surface qualified rate and hand hygiene qualified rate of medical staff were significantly improved after the implementation of detail management.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Detail management can effectively reduce hospital infection rate.The hospital should pay attention to detail management,prevent infection from the source,and provide a safe treatment environment for patients.
