传染病预防方法及应用探讨

目的分析传染病预防方法及应用。方法在2016年1月到2018年3月开展本次研究,对我市范围内的传染病预防控制情况采取对比研究进行分析,以随机数字法的原则在我市随机抽取25所医疗机构作为研究案例。于2017年6月根据传染病发生实际情况采取针对性强化措施,统计并对比在传染病防治工作改进前后的传染病防治效果。结果改进传染病控制措施后传染病报告率、及时率、完整率以及准确率均有所提升,改进前后各项数据均有较大差异,数据差异均满足统计学意义标准(P<0.05)。结论针对重大传染病防治监测工作现状提出针对性改进措施,不仅能够有效地提高传染病预防效果,同时还可以有效提高传染病管理效益,从而提高传染病控制效果。

Objective To analyze the prevention methods and application of infectious diseases.Methods The study was carried out from January 2016to March 2018.A comparative study of infectious disease prevention and control in our city was conducted.Based on the principle of random number method,25 medical institutions were randomly selected as research cases in our city.In June 2017, targeted enhancement measures were taken according to the actual situation of infectious diseases.Statistics and compare the effectiveness of infectious diseases control before and after the improvement of infectious disease prevention and control.Results After the improvement of infectious disease control measures,the reporting rate,timely rate,integrity rate and accuracy rate of infectious diseases have been improved.The data before and after the improvement are quite different,and the data differences meet the statistical significance standard (P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the current situation of major infectious disease prevention and surveillance work,this paper puts forward some improvement measures,which can not only effectively improve the effect of infectious disease prevention,but also effectively improve the efficiency of infectious disease management,so as to improve the effect of infectious disease control.
