分析饮食控制和运动对妊娠合并糖尿病的治疗效果

Analysis of the Effect of Diet Control and Exercise on Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研讨妊娠合并糖尿病患者接受饮食控制与运动疗法干预的临床价值。方法选取我院产科收治于2017年收治的142例妊娠合并糖尿病患者参与实验观察,按照随机抽签法对入选患者分组,Ⅰ组(n=71)接受一般性护理,Ⅱ组(n=71)在上述基础接受饮食控制及运动疗法干预,分析评估两组方案对患者妊娠结局及各项血糖指标的影响。结果Ⅱ组患者在FBG、三餐后2h BG指标值上较Ⅰ组均显著降低,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组的剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫率、产后出血率以及早产儿率等均明显降低,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施饮食控制与运动疗法干预,能够加强对患者血糖水平的控制,且利于母婴结局的改善,值得推荐。

Objective To study the clinical value of dietary control and exercise therapy intervention in pregnant patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 142 pregnant patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital in 2017 were enrolled in the study. The patients were enrolled according to the random sampling method. Group Ⅰ(n=71) received general care, group Ⅱ(n=71). On the basis of the above, we received dietary control and exercise therapy interventions to analyze and evaluate the effects of the two groups on pregnancy outcomes and various blood glucose indicators. Results In group Ⅱ, the 2hBG index of FBG and three meals was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with group Ⅰ, the cesarean section rate, fetal distress rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and preterm rate were significantly lower in group Ⅱ, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dietary control and exercise therapy intervention for pregnant patients with diabetes can strengthen the control of blood glucose levels in patients, and it is beneficial to improve the maternal and child outcomes.
