The ideological construction and institutional governing of the Communist Party of China (CPC)are both the important contents of the great construction project of the CPC in the new era.The sense of mission is the link and bridge between ideological and institutional construction and governing,which is the theoretical basis for implementing the strategy of strictly governing the CPC in an all-round way.Promoting comprehensively the strict governing is an important strategy of the CPC's great construction project.Therefore, the CPC must be guided by Xi Jinping's Chinese characteristic socialism of new era,firmly establish "Four Senses"and "Four Self-confidences",strengthen the ideals and beliefs of communists,remember to shoulder the historical mission,so as to achieve the victory in the great struggle,advancing the great cause,and realizing the great dreams.
