安徽省人口城镇化与基本公共服务水平耦合协调度研究

Study on the Coupling Coordination between Population Urbanization and Basic Public Service Level in Anhui Province

以安徽省为研究对象,建立人口城镇化与基本公共服务水平的指标评价体系,运用熵值赋权法、耦合协调模型,计算各城市人口城镇化与基本公共服务水平的综合指数,以及二者的耦合度和协调度。实证结果表明:安徽省的两项指标呈现地域差异性与空间非均衡性,且基本公共服务滞后于人口城镇化的发展;两者耦合程度较高,平均协调度处于初级协调水平,根据各城市协调值大小将城市分为五种类型。结合研究结论,提出了相应的政策建议。

Taking Anhui Province as an example,the paper establishes the index evaluation system to measure the level of population urbanization and basic public service.The method of entropy is adopted and coordinated development degree model is employed to calculate the synthetic index of population urbanization and basic public service level of each city,and their coupling coordination degree as well.The empirical results show that the two indicators are geographically different and spatially unbalanced,and the development of basic public service lag behind the development of population urbanization.The degree of coupling between population urbanization and basic public service level is high,and the average coordination value is in the primary coordination level.According to the size of the coordination value of each city,the cities are divided into five types.On the basis of the conclusions of the study,the paper proposes corresponding policy implications.
