汾河流域节水灌溉发展水平评价指标权重的确定

Confirmation of Index Weight of Water-Saving Irrigation Development level in Fen River Basin

评价指标权重的确定是进行节水灌溉发展水平评价的重要环节。各个指标权重直接影响着评价体系的合理性。文中运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法相结合的赋权方法,确定了山西省汾河流域节水灌溉发展水平综合评价指标的综合权重。结果表明,此赋权方法计算出的权重值准确、可信,接近汾河流域节水灌溉的真实水平。因此,该评价指标权重方法具有一定的实用意义,可以为类似指标体系权重分析提供科学依据。

Determining the weight of evaluation index is an important precondition for evaluating the development level of water-saving irrigation.The weight of each index influences the rationality of the evaluation system directly.The study uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and entropy weight method to determine the index comprehensive weight of index in the water-saving irrigation development evaluation system in Fen river basin.The result shows that the weight value calculated by this method is accurate and reliable and the evaluation result is close to the true level of water- saving irrigation.This evaluation index weight confirmation method has a certain practical significance and it can provide technical support for the analysis of similar index system weight.
