超选择球囊闭塞试验治疗颅内复杂大脑中动脉瘤五例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 复杂大脑中动脉瘤在临床上并不罕见,治疗方法多种,其中闭塞载瘤动脉及瘤体操作简单且确实有效.但载瘤动脉是否可以闭塞、使用什么方法闭塞、在何处闭塞、闭塞后的代偿模式等,需要深入研究.我们完成了5例大脑中复杂动脉瘤的超选择球囊闭塞试验(balloon occlusion test,BOT)及相关治疗,现将经验报告如下.
