摘要 [目的]探讨L1细胞黏附分子(L1-CAM)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌临床病理因素的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化SP法检测90例子宫内膜癌和30例正常子宫内膜组织中L1-CAM的表达情况,分析其与子宫内膜癌各临床病理因素的关系。[结果]子宫内膜癌组织中L1-CAM表达的阳性率为48.9%(44/90),显著性高于正常子宫内膜组织表达的阳性率(13.3%,4/30)(P<0.05)。L1-CAM阳性表达与子宫内膜癌细胞分化、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05);与年龄因素、临床分期、肿瘤病灶大小无关(P>0.05)。[结论]L1-CAM的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关,检测L1-CAM有望作为早期诊断子宫内膜癌及评估预后的重要指标。 [Objective]To investigate the expression of L1 cell adhesion molecule (L1-CAM)in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.[Methods]Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of L1-CAM in 90 samples of endometrial carcinoma and 30 samples of normal endometrium.The relationship between the expression of L1-CAM and the clinicopathological factors of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed.[Results ]The positive rate of L1-CAM expression in endometrial carcinoma (48.9%,44/ 90)was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(13.3%,4/30)(P<0.05).The abnormal expression of L1-CAM was correlated with the differentiation of endometrial carcinoma cells,depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05),not correlated with age,clinical stage and tumor size of endometrial carcinoma(all P>0.05 ).[Conclusion]L1-CAM is over-expressed in endometrial carcinoma,and it is correlated with the clinicopathological features of the cancer.
