摘要
目的研究小牛脾提取物注射液(Calf Spleen Extractive injection,CSEI)对小鼠的抗疲劳功效,并探讨其初步机制。方法以胸腺法新(T?1)作为对照药,进行小鼠运动耐力试验,检测运动后小鼠血清中疲劳和氧化应激相关生化指标以及激素水平。结果腹腔给药21 d后,CSEI能够提高小鼠的跑步和负重游泳时间;降低血浆、肝脏和肌肉中的乳酸含量,降低肝脏和肌肉中的乳酸脱氢酶含量,提高肝糖原和肌糖原含量;另外,CSEI能够提高小鼠血浆、肝脏、肌肉中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的水平,降低肝脏和肌肉中的活性氧簇水平,调节血浆中激素睾酮和皮质醇的水平。结论 CSEI的抗疲劳活性可能是通过抗氧化和调节体内激素水平来实现的。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the antifatigue effect of Calf Spleen Extractive injection(CSEI) on mice and to explore its preliminary mechanism. METHODS Exercise tolerance test, fatigue and oxidation related biochemical indices and plasma hormone level were detected with Thymosin?1(T?1) served as control drug. RESULTS After 21 d of intraperitoneal administration, CSEI improved the running and loading swimming time of mice significantly. CSEI could reduced the LD(in plasma, liver and muscle) and LDH(in liver and muscle) levels simultaneously, and increased the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen. Meanwhile, CSEI improved the superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) levels in plasma, liver and muscle, decreased reactive oxygen species(ROS) level both in liver and muscle, and the variation of plasma hormone testosterone(T) and cortisol was also viewed. CONCLUSION CSEI display an antifatigue effect possibly through antioxidant and hormone regulation.
