摘要
目的对单面针根茎中的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱层析和制备液相色谱法进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从单面针根茎的乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:原阿片碱(1)、别隐品碱(2)、四氢小檗碱(3)、白屈菜红碱(4)、二氢血根碱(5)、二氢白屈菜红碱(6)、6-丙酮基二氢血根碱(7)、对羟基苯甲醛(8)、异香草醛(9)、丁香醛(10)。结论 10个化合物均首次在单面针中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical ingredient from the root and stem of Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl.. METHODS The chemical ingredient were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography, and the structures were elucidated based on the spectral data. RESULTS Ten compounds were obtained from the fraction of ethanol extract and identified as protopine(1), allcryptopine(2), canadine(3), chelerythrine(4), dihydrosanguinarine(5), dihydrochelerythrine(6), 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine(7), parahydroxyben-zaldehyde(8), isovanillin(9), syringaldehyde(10). CONCLUSION Ten compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
