摘要
基于聚天冬氨酸优异的缓蚀阻垢性能,试验室人工合成并制得聚天冬氨酸。通过静态阻垢试验可知当聚天冬氨酸与羟基亚乙基二膦酸质量比1∶1混合使用后,阻垢性能优于任一单体。在PASP与PBTCA使用量1∶1(质量比)的条件下,复配制得缓蚀阻垢剂。通过静态缓蚀、阻垢试验和动态模拟试验得出,复合缓蚀阻垢剂投加量为30 mg/L时,缓蚀阻垢效果显著。
Based on the excellent corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition properties of polyaspartic acid, polyaspartic acid was synthesized in the laboratory. Static scale inhibition test showed that, when the mass ratio of polyaspartic acid to hydroxy ethylenediphosphonic acid was 1:1, the scale inhibition performance was better than any monomer. Composite corrosion and scale inhibitor was prepared by mixing PASP and PBTCA with 1:1 (mass ratio). Static corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition test and dynamic simulation test showed that when the dosage of composite corrosion and scale inhibitor was 30 mg/L, the corrosion and scale inhibition effect was remarkable.
