Production Process and Application of Dinitrotoluene

叙述了二硝基甲苯(DNT)的用途、工业化生产工艺并着重介绍了两段硝化工艺流程及其控制,以及近年来在硝化法制造DNT方面的新进展。同时也介绍了二硝基甲苯在聚氨酯工业、军事工业中的应用。二硝基甲苯可直接用于火炸药或底排药,也可用于合成TNT。

The application of dinitrotoluene was described as well as its industrial production processes,particularly the two-step nitrification process.Some new advances in the production process were also covered in this review.Meanwhile,important role of dinitrotoluene in polyurethane industry and military industry was discussed.It's pointed out that nitro-toluene can be used directly in the production of fire explosive or bottom line,or it can be used to synthesize TNT.
