Through the system research on intemational and domestic pesticide industry development present situation and trend, based on the current development situation and advantages of pesticide industry in Liaoning province,on the basis of national and local policies and regulations,the development direction of pesticide industry in Liaoning province was put forward as well as the industrial layout and industry regulatory focus,in order to promote transformation and upgrading of pesticide industry in Liaoning province,optimize the industrial spatial layout,promote the progress of science and technology.
