人参皂苷Rb1对肾脏疾病影响研究进展

Research Progress in of Effect of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Renal Diseases

人参皂苷Rb1是人参的主要活性成分之一,对免疫系统、心血管系统、中枢神经等系统疾病有明显的调节作用。因其有较好的药理活性,对部分肾脏疾病有一定的治疗作用。体内外结果显示,人参皂苷Rb1主要通过抗氧化损伤、抗炎、抗凋亡、调节水电解质平衡等作用来减弱疾病的侵害进而保护肾脏。本文主要针对人参皂苷Rb1在各种肾脏疾病中对肾功能保护作用及机制研究的报道进行综述。

Ginsenoside Rbl is one of the main activities of ginseng,which has strong physiological regulatory effects of cardiovascular system diseases,immune diseases and central nervous system diseases.Ginsenoside Rbl play a remedy role in renal diseases because of its good physiological activities.Recent research shows that protective effects of ginsenoside Rbl against kidney disease are via anti-oxidative,anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis and keeping water-electrolyte balance both in vivo and vitro.In this paper,the studies on the protective effect and mechanism of ginsenoside Rbl on renal function in various renal disease were reviewed.
