摘要
利用高效液相色谱法分析工业废水中C_(12)~C_(18)酸类混合物,以C_(18)酸为例,用赛默飞雾化检测器来检测废水中C_(18)酸的含量,在(20~100)×10-6之间,对设定分析方法定量限、重复性、线性、回收率的测试,所得结果良好,分析方法可行。
The C12~C18 acid mixture in industrial wastewater was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The C18 acid was used as an example to detect the C18 acid content in the wastewater,in the range of (20~100)×10^-6,quantitative limit, repeatability,linearity and recovery rate of the analytical method were tested.The results were good,so the analytical method is feasible.
