摘要
本文针对压电能量俘获效率低的问题,提出了以热电能量为辅助能量,基于同步电荷采集压电能量俘获系统(TE-PEHS)设计。热电能量采用压电变压器升压后为压电能量采集控制电路辅助供电,实现整个采集系统的自供电;压电能量采用同步电荷采集方法实现。通过Multisim仿真验证了所设计电路的有效性,其最大转换效率高达81. 9%,较传统的同步电荷采集实现单一压电能量采集系统的效率有一定优势。
In this paper,aiming at the problem of low piezoelectric energy harvesting efficiency,the design of piezoelectric energy harvesting system with the thermoelectric energy as auxiliary energy (TE -PEHS)is proposed based on synchronous charge extraction.The thermoelectric energy is boosted by the piezoelectric transformer for the auxiliary power supply of the control circuit to realize the self -power supply of the entire piezoelectric energy harvesting system ;the piezoelectric energy harvesting is realized by the synchronous charge extraction method.The effectiveness of the designed circuit is verified by Multisim simulating,which shows that maximum conversion efficiency is up to 81.,9%.Compared with the traditional synchronous charge extraction to achieve a single piezoelectric energy,harvesting system,the proposed method has some advantages of efficiency.
