摘要
通过对抖动明显的落地扇进行结构剖析、振动频谱分析、零部件模态仿真分析,得出其振动传递路径,同时针对该路径进行相应的隔振设计。最后凭借对比分析、手板验证,确认风叶的低频隔振设计可以减小网罩15μm~200μm左右的振动幅值,使整机振动的最大幅值从300μm下降到80μm以下。结果表明:风叶隔振对于落地扇共振抖动具有明显减振效果,可以明显缓解落地扇的低频共振,使整机品质得到大大提升。
Through structural analysis,vibration spectrum analysis and modal simulation analysis,the vibration transmission path of the shaking floor fan is obtained,and corresponding vibration isolation design is carried out for the path.Finally,through comparative analysis and hand-plate verification,it is confirmed that the low-frequency vibration isolation design of the wind blade can reduce the vibration amplitude of the screen cover 150μm^200μm.The maximum vibration amplitude of the whole machine can be decreased from 300μm to 80μm.The results show that the blade vibration isolation has obvious vibration reduction effect on the resonant vibration of floor fan,which can obviously alleviate the low-frequency resonance of floor fan and greatly improve the quality of the whole machine.
