响应面法优化鸡腿菇可溶性膳食纤维提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 以鸡腿菇为原料,采用超声辅助碱法提取鸡腿菇中可溶性膳食纤维,响应面法优化鸡腿菇可溶性膳食纤维的提取工艺参数。在单因素试验基础上,选取碱液浓度、料液比、超声时间和超声温度为影响因素,用响应面分析法优化鸡腿菇可溶性膳食纤维提取工艺条件。结果表明,在碱液浓度2.4 g/100mL,液料比25∶1(mL∶g),超声时间68min,超声温度50℃的最佳提取工艺条件下,提取到15.15%的鸡腿菇可溶性膳食纤维。 With Coprinus comatus as raw material,soluble dietary fiber was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline hydrolysis method.Response surface method was applied to obtain the optimum extracting conditions.The effect of alkali concentration,liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature on the soluble dietary fiber yield were investigated by single factor experiments.Based on single factor experiments,response surface methodology was used to obtain optimized conditions.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows :alkali concentration 2.4g/100mL,liquid-solid ratio 25:1(mL/g),ultrasonic time 68min,ultrasonic temperature 50℃ .Under the above conditions,the yield of soluble dietary fiber was 15.15%.
