摘要
研究抗疲劳剂KX-600(活性酚醛树脂和间-甲-白粘合体系复合材料)对钢丝绳芯输送带粘合胶性能的影响。结果表明:对于普通钢丝绳芯输送带粘合胶,随着抗疲劳剂KX-600用量的增大,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能变化不大,粘合性能及老化后的粘合性能保持性、耐疲劳性能提高,在试验范围内抗疲劳剂KX-600的适合用量为3份;对于阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带粘合胶,抗疲劳剂KX-600的加入,可以有效克服无机填料对胶料物理性能和粘合性能的负面影响,提高胶料的耐疲劳性能。
The effect of anti-fatigue agent KX-600 (reactive phenolic resin and resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica adhesive system) on the adhesive properties of the adhesive compound of steel cord conveyor belt was investigated.The results showed that,for regular adhesive compound,as the amount of anti-fatigue agent KX-600 increased,the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compound changed little,and the adhesive properties,its retention after aging and the fatigue resistance were improved.It was found that the suitable amount of anti-fatigue agent KX-600 was 3phr.For flame-retardant adhesive compound,the addition of anti-fatigue agent KX-600 could effectively overcome the negative impact on the physical properties of the compound caused by inorganic fillers,and the fatigue resistance of the compound was improved.
