品管圈对糖尿病患者胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生相关知识知晓率的影响研究

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Knowledge Awareness Rate of Subcutaneous Fat Hyperplasia at Insulin Injection Site in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨品管圈活动对胰岛素注射治疗糖尿病患者注射部位皮下脂肪增生相关知识知晓率的影响。方法成立品管圈小组,以“提高使用胰岛素注射治疗的糖尿病患者对注射部位皮下脂肪增生相关知识知晓率”为主题,通过现状把握,设定目标值,然后进行根因分析,拟定相应的对策及实施措施。结果品管圈活动实施后,患者对注射部位皮下脂肪增生相关知识知晓率从26.32%提高到70.28%,目标达成率163.36%。结论应用品管圈可提高使用胰岛素注射治疗糖尿病患者对注射部位皮下脂肪增生相关知识的知晓率,对于提高护理工作质量具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities on the awareness rate of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia related knowledge at insulin injection site in diabetic patients.Methods A QCC group was set up with the theme of "raising the awareness rate of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia related knowledge at insulin injection site in diabetic patients".Through holding current situationgrasping the status quo,setting the target value,and evaluating the root cause,we carried out corresponding countermeasures and implementation measures.Results After the implementation of QCC activities,the awareness rate of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia related knowledge at injection site increased from 26.32%to 70.28%,and the target achievement rate was 163.36%.Conclusion The application of QCC can improve the awareness rate of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia related knowledge at insulin injection site in diabetic patients,and has positive significance for improving the quality of nursing work.
