摘要 动脉粥样硬化是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。具体发病机制仍不清楚。近年来,越来越多的证据表明自噬和p62/SQSTM1蛋白在动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展过程中发挥重要作用。自噬具有抗动脉粥样硬化和促进动脉粥样硬化双重作用。p62是一种多功能蛋白,本身依赖自噬降解,又参与多种信号通路过程。自噬与p62的关系错综复杂,深入了解自噬和p62在动脉粥样硬化中的作用对于未来动脉粥样硬化的治疗有重要意义。 Atherosclerosis is one of the main diseases endangering human health.The exact pathogenesis is still not clear.In recent years,more and more evidence have indicated that autophagy and p62/SQSTM1 protein played an important role in the development of atherosclerosis.Autophagy possesses double functions of resisting and promoting the atherosclerosis,p62,a muhifunctional protein that relies on autophagy to be degraded,is involved in a variety of signaling pathways.The relationship between autophagy and p62 is intricate and in-depth understanding of the role of autophagy and p62in atherosclerosis is of great significance for the treatment of this disease.Here we review the relationship between autophagy and p62 in atherosclerosis.
