摘要
慢性粒细胞白血病(chronic myeloid leukemia,CML)作为一种造血系统的恶性肿瘤,在我国发病率为0.36/10万,并且在各类白血病中占第3位。低氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia inducible factor,HIF-1α)作为维持氧平衡的转录因子,在肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌等实体肿瘤的发病中起着一定的作用,近期研究显示它在CML的发病中也起着关键的作用,因此有必要就HIF-1α通过对CML造血微环境、血管生成、耐药等方面的影响做一综述。
Chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML)is a hematopoietic malignancy with a prevalence of 0.36 per 100000in China and is the third most common leukemia among all types.As a transcription factor for maintaining oxygen balance,hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-1α plays a role in the pathogenesis of solid tumors such as lung cancer,gastric cancer,and breast cancer.The recent evidence suggests that HIF-1α lpha may be an important factor in the pathogenisis of CML.This article reviews the effects of HIF-1α on the hematopoietic microenvironment,angiogenesis,and drug resistance of CML.
