Three Medical Cases of Professor XIA Yongliang's Clinical Experience in Treating Gynaecopathia

[目的]总结夏永良教授临床辨证施治妇科病的经验。[方法]通过跟随夏永良教授临诊并学习夏永良教授的医案,选取夏师治疗产后抑郁、经行风疹块、带下病之三则验案,并结合历代名家的相关论述,从病因病机、辨证论治、用药特点等方面分析总结夏师治疗妇科病的学术观点和临床经验。[结果]夏师认为现代女性工作、生活压力大,又较男子多思多虑,故妇科病的发生总与气郁相关,或兼有其他证型,治疗以舒肝理气为主,四逆散、小柴胡汤为常用方,结合月经周期,经期以通利为主,经后期调补气血、经间期温肾促排、经前期补脾肾,并随证加减,疗效确切,患者痛苦少且副作用少。[结论]夏永良教授总以气郁着手辨治妇科病的经验,临床疗效肯定,值得学习与推广应用。

[Objective]To summarize the essentials of clinical dialectical experience by Professor XIA Yongliang on gynaecopathia. [Methods]From following Professor XIA Yongliang clinical studies, studying Professor XIA Yongliang’s medical cases and selecting medical records on postpartum depression,premenstrual syndrome, leukorrhea diseases, we can study the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation treatment, prescriptions,drug characters,then summarize the thoughts and experience on treating gynaecopathia.[Results]Professor XIA Yongliang considers that gynecological diseases occurs mainly because of Qi-stagnation or other syndrome. We can respectively treat them by soothing the liver to regular the following of Qi and regulating menstruation. He always uses Sini San and Xiaochaihu Decoction. In different menstruation periods he adds different drugs. The curative effect is distinct. Patients get less pain and less side effects. [Conclusions]Professor XIA Yongliang ’s experience on treating gynecological diseases has positive effect and is worth further study.
