赵宏利运用仲景论痹思想辨治产后风验案二则

ZHAO Hongli Using ZHANG Zhongjing's Theory of Arthralgia Syndrome to Treat Two Cases of Postpartum Wind

[目的]总结赵宏利主任医师运用仲景论痹思想辨治产后风的临证经验。[方法]通过跟随临诊、研读《伤寒论》《金匮要略》,详细摘录产后血痹、肾着两则验案的诊治过程,分析其理法方药,总结经验。[结果]产后风属产褥期痹症,赵师立足于仲景论治痹思想,提出"首辨体虚与外邪,结合辨病与辨证,调虚祛邪为大法"。临证运用黄芪桂枝五物汤调营卫、祛风邪治疗血痹,苓桂术甘汤温脾肾、逐寒湿治疗肾着,效如桴鼓。[结论]赵宏利运用仲景论痹思想辨治产后风经验特色鲜明,疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To summarize the experience of ZHAO Hongli using ZHANG Zhongjing's theory of arthralgia syndrome to treat postpartum wind. [Methods]Through following the clinic,studying Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Golden Chamber Outline,a detailed excerpt of two cases of the treatment process of blood arthralgia and nephric hit was made,its prescription and the experience was analyzed and summed up.[Results]The postpartum wind belongs to the puerperium arthralgia syndrome,Dr.ZHAO on the basis of Zhongjing's theory of treating arthralgia syndrome,put forward "the first differentiation of body deficiency and external evil,and the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and regulating deficiency and dispelling evil as the big law".In clinical practice,it leads to immediate positive effect,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is applied to treat the blood arthralgia by regulating the nutrient defense and dispelling the pathogenic wind;Linggui Zhugan Decoction is used in treating nephric hit by warming the spleen and kidney and dispelling cold-dampness.[Conclasion]ZHAO Hongli's experience in treating postpartum wind base on ZHANG Zhongjing's theory of arthralgia syndrome has distinctive feature,significant effect and is worth of promotion.
