摘要
针对城市停车位调度的"滴滴停车"模式是否可行的问题,简明论述了消费者对停车位置需求相对刚性,停车调度不能够满足用户的需求,线上难以形成"调度者"的角色。指出车位资源属于不动产,动态匹配的需求不强,区域性的停车调度对停车场利用率提高不明显,供给方没有主动性。为实现停车的精准匹配,停车场对车位要实现精细管理,但车位状态的上线的成本较高。该研究指出"滴滴停车"模式不可行,对城市停车政策制定和运营管理具有指导意义。
Abstract:To analysis the feasibility of parking operation based on DiDi pattern,this paper points that customers requires the specific parking locations,meanwhile the distribution operation online may not be a good leverage"It is consictered that'parking space resources belong to real estate,the demand of dynamic'matching is not rigid,the utilization ratio of parking lot is not obviously improved by regional parking dispatch,and the supplier has no initiative.What's more,'the running cost of parking space state is higher.The study points out that the parking operation based on DiDi pattern is not feasible and has guiding significance for the foiTnulation Of urb/m parking policy and operation management.
