摘要
本文针对不等极孔椭球容器的结构特点,分析了内压载荷下的封头段结构应力状态,阐述了基于平面纤维缠绕成型椭球容器的工艺特点,给出纤维落纱稳定性、缠绕界面摩擦、封头补强因素对容器强度的影响,得出容器薄弱位置及采用适合的补强方式;通过一种橡胶衬碳纤维缠绕衬椭球容器工艺实现及液压试验表明,椭球容器缠绕成型稳定性较差,结构效率较一般的球形容器低。
According to the structure capability of ellipsoid pressure vessel,the stress state of the ellipsoid head under the internal pressure load is analyzed.Its technological characteristics of ellipsoidal vessel are described based on plate winding method.The influence factors of fiber stability,winding interface friction and ellipsoid head reinforcement on the strength of the vessel are given.We get the weak position of ellipsoid vessel and select the suitable reinforcement methods;Through a rubber lining carbon fiber winding ellipsoid vessel technology realization and its blasting test test show that the winding stability of the ellipsoidal vessel is poor and its structural efficiency is lower than the typical spherical vessel.
