大数据时代下高校学生管理工作新路径

On New Path of College Students Management in Big Data Era

在大数据背景下,高校学生管理工作在管理人员个人思想认识、学生自身素质和技能、高校管理模式、数据存储和监管能力、网络安全性、高校学生干部队伍素质和能力等方面存在不足。针对这种情况,应提高高校学生工作管理人员技能和思想认识,树立互联网大数据意识,提升学生干部队伍素质和能力,完善学生管理体制,提升信息技术功能,使学生管理工作顺利进行。

In the big data era,there are some college students management problems in the following fields as:ideological awareness of the management staff,students self quality and skill,college management mode,data storage capability and regulatory capacity,net work safety,the quality and ability of the college students cadre team,and so on.In this condition,we should raise the skill and ideological awareness of the college students management staff,establish internet big data awareness,raise the quality and ability of the students cadre team,improve the students management system,and raise the information technology function so as to make students management be carried smoothly.
