Example with a practical pressure designed with ASME BPVC Ⅷ-2-2013,in this article,the respects in its design and fabrication,including material selection and test,strength calculation,pressure-resistant test,impact test PWHT,post-forming heat treatment,NDT and treatment for local thickness reduction,were analyzed.What presented herein covered almost all processes in the design and fabrication of pressure vessel,which is hoped to be shared and referenced by other pressure vessel designers and manufacturers.
