摘要
为考察余热排出泵在地震工况下的安全性,对泵组进行三维实体建模并适当简化,通过模态分析,计算出泵机组的一阶固有频率为33.342 Hz。在此基础上以安全停堆地震载荷并加上10%的余量作为地震输入,采用静力分析法进行抗震分析,得到SSE时/后转子与定子间的间隙均大于0。对压力边界在事故工况下进行应力评定,按ASME BPVC-Ⅲ最严格准则进行评价,并对主密封垫片密封性能进行理论计算,计算结果均满足限值要求。因此该设计可满足地震工况使用要求。
In order to check the safety of residual heat removal pump under earthquake, 3 D solid model of the pump set was established and appropriately simplified. The modal analysis result showed that the first natural frequency of pump set is 33.342 Hz. The static force analysis method was used for seismic analysis, and 1.1 times of the shut-down earthquake(SSE) load was imported as the earthquake load. The result of the analysis showed that the clearance of rotor and stator is more than 0 mm when and after SSE. Under accident condition, stress evaluation was performed for the pressure boundary and with the strictest criterion of ASME BPVC-Ⅲ, and the seal ability of prime seal was also analyzed. All results were proved to meet the permissible limits, so the current design is suitable for the seismic event.
