摘要
采用热重法研究淮南煤泥着火燃烧特性,并与淮南原煤进行比较。利用TG-DTG法确定着火温度和燃尽温度并计算得到燃烧特征参数,同时采用Coats-Redfern积分法进行了动力学分析。结果表明,淮南煤泥着火点比原煤高11℃,燃尽点比原煤高31℃,燃烧特征参数均小于淮南原煤,同时淮南煤泥的活化能E比原煤高139.41k J/mol,说明淮南煤泥难以着火,燃烧反应性能较差。
The combustion kinetics of the Huainan coal slime was investigated by the thermogravimetric analysis and compared with that of the Huainan coal. The ignition temperature and the burn-out temperature as well as combustion characteristics parameters were obtained using TG-DTG analysis. The ignition temperature and the burn-out temperature of Huainan coal slime is 11℃ and 31 ℃ higher than the Huainan coal, respectively. Meanwhile, the combustion characteristics value of Huainan coal slime is smaller than that of the Huainan coal. With the Coat-Redfern analysis, the apparent activation energy of the Huainan coal slime is 139.41 kJ/mol larger than the Huainan coal. The results show that the Huainan coal slime is difficult to be ignited and burnt-out.
