摘要
针对某660 MW超临界新建机组调试阶段密封油氢油压差调整问题,油氢差压波动及氢侧回油箱油位高问题和发电机励磁端密封瓦漏氢问题,详细阐述了事故经过,问题分析方法以及处理过程,并提出了相应的建议与预防措施。
Three problems of sealing oil systems in a 660MW supercritical new unit during the commissioning stage were taken as examples to be discussed,which were the adjustment of oil and hydrogen pressure difference,the pressure fluctuation and high oil level of hydrogen tank and hydrogen leakage of the generator excitation end.The occurrence, analysis method and processing procedures of the accidents were described in detail.The corresponding suggestions and preventive measures were also put forward.
