省煤器水侧再循环宽负荷脱硝技术浅析 被引量:4

Study on Low-load Denitration Technology based on Economizer Water Recirculation

摘要 低负荷运行已成为我国煤电机组的常态,受脱硝催化剂活性的影响,低负荷工况下省煤器出口烟温过低将导致SCR脱硝系统无法投运。针对该问题重点研究了一种基于省煤器水侧再循环的宽负荷脱硝技术,通过典型案例介绍与分析,总结提出了系统设计论证要点和工程实施需考虑的问题,为后续同类技术应用实施提供借鉴。 Low-load operation has become the norm to the coal-fired power generation industry in our country.Restricted to the activity of denitration catalyst,the low temperature of economizer outlet smoke in low-load condition will cause the SCR denitration system out of operation.As a solution,low-load denitration technology based on economizer water recirculation is studied.Based on the introduction and analysis of typical cases,the key points throughout system design and engineering implementation are pointed out,which provide reference for the subsequent similar applications.
