The Enhancement Strategies of Young and Middle-aged Teachers' Teaching Ability in Private Colleges

教师教学水平是民办高校整体办学实力的重要体现,中青年教师特别是青年教师是民办高校师资队伍的主力军,中青年教师教学能力提升对民办高校整体教育教学水平举足轻重。以民办高校中青年教师教学能力提升的价值分析为切入点,探讨民办高校中青年教师教学能力提升的制约因素,在此基础上,从政府、学校、教师的角度出发探讨提升民办高校中青年教师教学能力的对策,以期更好服务于新常态下民办高校的内涵建设和特色发展。

Teaching level directly reflects the schooling capability of private colleges.As the backbone of teaching team,young and middle-aged teachers,especially young teachers,are the key to raise the teaching level of private colleges.From the angle of the value analysis of teaching level enhancement,this paper explores the constraints to the improvement of the teaching ability of young and middle-aged teachers in private colleges and universities.On this basis,we find out the countermeasures from the perspectives of the government,schools and teachers,aiming to promote the connotative construction and characteristic development in private colleges.
