从全国紧急医学救援技能竞赛结果探讨当前救援培训模式之不足

Analysis on the incompletes of present rescue skills training mode from the result of national emergency medical rescue skills competition

目的:分析全国紧急医学救援技能竞赛操作成绩,探讨当前国内救援技能培训模式之不足,为建立完善的技能培训体系提供参考建议。方法:收集96名参赛选手技能操作的评分表,将各项成绩录入Excel表格,并用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:竞赛试题难度系数适宜;失分的主要环节在于特殊环境下的心肺复苏、快速检伤分类、化学品洗消以及离断肢体处理不当,暴露了参赛人员知识面不全、缺乏实践经验、随机应变能力不足、忽视人文关怀等缺点。参赛队和参赛选手成绩存在明显地区差异,西北地区成绩最差。护理人员个人成绩好于初级医师,中级职称医师和高级职称医师成绩未见明显优势。结论:建立系统规范的救援技能培训体系具有重要意义;救援技术水平的地区差异是地区发展不平衡造成的,应当加强扶持与交流培训。

Objectives:To analyze national emergency medical rescue skills competition results,find out incompletes of the current training mode of rescue skills in China,and provide some suggestions on completing skill training system.Method:Score sheets of 96 cases were analyzed by SPSS software.Results:The difficulty coefficient of the competition was appropriate.Lost-score points were mainly focused on CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation)in a special surrounding,rapid triage,chemical decontamination and incorrect disposal of broken limb,which revealed the shortcomings of inadequate knowledge of contestants,lack of practical experience,lack of ability dealing with emergency event and lack of humanistic care.There was a significant difference between regions.Northwest teams got the lowest score.In general,nurse's score is better than primary doctor's.There were no significant differences between middle professional title and senior professional title in that of scores.Conclusions:It is necessary to construct a systematic and standardized training system for rescue skills.The regional differences in the level of rescue technology are caused by the imbalance of regional development,and support and exchange training should be strengthened.
