基于证据理论的县级眼科医院医疗服务能力评价

Evaluation on healthcare capacity of county ophthalmic hospitals based on evidence theory

目的:引入证据理论开展县级眼科医院医疗服务能力评价,为医院管理机构决策提供依据。方法:应用证据理论方法,对全国范围内8所县级眼科医院2015年医疗服务质量进行综合评价。结果:评价结果与各眼科医院实际情况相符。结论:应用证据理论方法开展县级眼科医院医疗服务综合评价,结果合理可信;相比TOPSIS法,证据理论方法扩充了评价结果的信息量,提供了多角度信息;证据理论方法可作为县级眼科医院医疗服务能力评价的有效手段。

Objective:To evaluate health service capacity of county ophthalmic hospitals by adopting evidence theory,and to provide basis for decision making in hospital administration.Methods:Evidence theory was used to evaluate 8 county ophthalmic hospitals selected from whole China on health service quality.Results:The result of evaluation coincides with actual situation of health service quality of each ophthalmic hospital.Conclusion:Evidence theory produces reasonable results for comprehensive evaluation on health service quality among county-level ophthalmic hospitals.Compared with the traditional TOPSIS method,it also provides multi-angle information for analysis,and can be used as one feasible way for health quality evaluation among ophthalmic hospitals.
