成年人家族性噬血细胞综合征一例并文献复习

Adult familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis:report of one case and review of literature

摘要 目的加深对成年人家族性噬血细胞综合征(FHL)的认识,重视噬血细胞综合征(HPS)相关基因检测。方法分析宁夏回族自治区人民医院1例高龄FHL患者的诊治过程,并进行相关文献复习。结果该患者经检查确诊为FHL 3型,治疗后病情逐渐缓解。结论FHS不受年龄限制,亦可见于成年人,其诊断和分型依赖于HPS相关基因检测,HPS应经验性和抢先治疗,高龄FHL应个体化治疗。
