摘要
借鉴木材颗粒板的生产技术,研究了铬革屑与氯丁胶和聚氨酯胶粘剂在不同条件下分别混合制备真皮颗粒革。通过测试其物理-机械性能,探索了热压压力、温度、时间、胶粘剂的用量等对制备的颗粒革性能的影响。结果表明,氯丁胶比聚氨酯胶粘剂所制备的颗粒革的物理机械性能稳定,其中氯丁胶制备的颗粒革最佳热压工艺为:热压温度130℃,热压时间60s,施胶量14%,铺装厚度3mm。
The effect.s of neoprene and polyurethane adhesive on the preparation of particle leather under different conditions were studied by using the related technology of wood pellets.By testing its physical-machanical performance,the effects'of hot pressing pressure,temperature,time,amount of adhesive on the performance of the prepared leather were explored.The results show that physical and mechanical properties of the particle'leather prepared by neoprene is more stable and the optimal hot pressing conditions are as follows:hot pressing'temperature-130℃,hot pressing time 60s,sizing amount 14%,pavement thickness 3mm.
