摘要
研究了环保促进剂代替乙烯基硫脲类促进剂、无卤阻燃剂代替含卤阻燃剂对鞋底氯丁胶料(CR)机械性能和阻燃性能的影响,并对优选配方做了环保检测。结果表明:当环保促进剂3-甲基四氢噻唑-2-硫酮(MTT-80)和HPCA-50并用比为3∶1时,氯丁胶料的硫化曲线和单用乙烯基硫脲(ETU)的硫化曲线接近,邵尔A硬度基本一致,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和磨耗性能稍低,但耐老化性能好;无卤阻燃剂Al(OH)3∶聚磷酸铵(APP)(1∶1)时,机械性能和单用十溴二苯醚(DBDPO)胶料性能基本一致,氧指数相近,但耐老化性能好;经过环保检测,采用优选配方制备的胶料指标符合欧盟EN71-3和REACH法规相关要求。
Abstract:The effects of environmental-friendly accelerators instead of ETU and non-halogen flame-retardants in place of decabromodiphenyl ether (DBDPO)on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of sole rub- ber were studied.The environmental protection tests were carried out on the optimized formula.The results show that when the environmental-friendly accelerators 3-methyl tetrahydrothiazol-2-thione (MTT-80)and HPCA-50is .used in chloroprene rubber (CR)by the ratio of 3/1,the curing curve of CR is close to that of CR only used vinyl thi- ourea (ETU),and the Shore A hardness of samples are very close.While the hot air aging property is improved.The tensile strength,elongation at break and wearing ability are decreased slightly when the MTT-80:HPCA-50(3:1) are implied instead of ETU in CR.When the AI(OH)3:APP (1:1)in place of DBDPO in CR,the mechanical properties are similar and the Oxygen index is close.However,the hot air aging property is improved.The results of environmental protection tests shows that sample of sole rubber based on the optimized formula is accorded with EN-71and REACH regulations of European Union.
