Renowned for its spring waters,Jinan has a distinct city character of households living harmoniously with springs as the ancient downtown areas are established between springs and the Mount Li.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central .Committee in 1978,the city full of ancient champs has embarked on a,new path of development while seizing the oppormnities ofreform and opening-up.
