摘要
为了践行"房子是用来住的,不是用来炒的"精神,2016年9月济南市重启限购政策,陆续出台了一系列调控政策,涉及限购、限价、限贷、限售等调控措施。尤其2017年4月,史上最严厉的房地产调控的到来--抑制投机炒作,调整供需矛盾,优化市场结构,为过热房市降温。今年4月、7月又分别针对全款购房、拒绝使用商贷或公积金贷款、以及"毛坯变装修"变相涨价等相关问题进行了及时纠正和规范。
Carrying out the spirit that "housing is for living in,not for speculation",the most stringent real-estate regulation that was unprecedented in history was put forward with the new policy issued on September 30,2016,which has helped cool the overheated housing market through 'curbing speculation,adjusting the imbalance between supply and demand as well as optimizing the market structure.
