Sticking to the Baseline of Quality and Safety for a Guaranteed Development of Urban-Rural Construction

安全,一个美好的词汇,更是一份庄重的期盼。到了今天,随着生产活动愈加频繁、复杂,安全变得尤为重要。今年以来,济南市城乡建设委勇于担当,积极作为,建筑工程质量管理工作在全省保持领先,特别是住宅工程质量常见问题专项治理工作得到国家住建部的充分肯定;施工安全形势稳定好转,被济南市人民政府评为2017年度“安全生产工作先进单位”,受到住建部建筑施工安全专项治理行动督查组的好评。

Since 2017,Jinan Urban and Rural Construction Commission has taken the initiative to thoroughly implement a series of decision- making deployments of the state and the province and the city and has taken the leading position in the quality management of construction projects in Shandong province.The special treatment for dealing with the most common problems in construction quality of residential buildings was fully affirmed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.As a result,the overall situation of construction has improved steadily.Jinan Urban and Rural Construction Commission was recognized as the "Advanced Unit of Safety Production"by Jinan Municipal Government in 2017and was highly praised by the Inspection Team of the Ministry of Housing and Construction on Safety in Construction.
